Breast Cancer research is changing all the time. One method to advance the latest trends in research is in the form of Posters. At national meetings, there is a section at the meeting for the latest findings and concepts of care are presented in poster form. That consists of a title of the research and the preliminary results from that study. Expanding from these posters later, will be additional data which is more complete and thorough ready for publication. For many years, we have submitted and had accepted many posters describing breast cancer research in which we have participated. See an example and the list below.
At these meetings, there is a section of time dedicated to the poster session where the author of the poster discusses the impact of the poster results with those attending the meeting. It’s essentially a brainstorming session which is educational for all.
Dr. Kaufman has lectured in over 13 countries
He has authored scientific studies on its use in surgical practice.
“3-D Tomosynthesis is the future of breast imaging for surgeons and I am pleased to be utilizing it for my patients”.
