Medicolegal Expert

Due to the experience and qualifications of Dr. Kaufman, he has been requested to perform the services of an expert witness in medical malpractice litigation regarding breast care.  He evaluates each case individually and considers the medical issue regardless of plaintiff or defendant.  He has testified both in deposition and in court for both sides, based solely on the merits of the situation.

Although expert testimony is not a major part of his practice, Dr. Kaufman’s interest in quality breast care makes him a desired expert reviewer and witness.  He has been involved with cases in California, Washington, Alaska, Oregon, Hawaii, Canada, Alabama and North Carolina.
